Frizz Dismiss is a Must-Have Beauty Item for Summer Hair Care

Frizz Dismiss by Redken is a must-have beauty item for summer hair care, which I recently sampled while filming a reality TV program. It was my go-to beauty product to smooth fly-aways and frizz during shots, and is highly recommended as this week’s favorite.

TGIF gorgeous, and welcome to Ask the Pro Stylist’s Friday’s Favorite beauty product of the week. Of course I know it is Sunday, however I was a tad busy this week experiencing a reality television production, and therefore couldn’t post.

I had the fortunate pleasure this past week of having my family featured in a new reality TV program that will air in the fall on Spike TV. That is really all I am allowed to say of the experience, except the crew was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. As the show date prepares to air, I will be allowed to promote it more to inform readers when to watch.

It was a rainy, humid week here on Long Island, which required my wavy hair to need Frizz Dismiss FPF 10 Fly-Away Fix Finishing Sheets in between shots. The small sheets contain Lavender Oil that tames the frizz and adds a quick shine.

This Friday’s Favorite beauty product of the week is convenient enough to keep in your desk, pocketbook or for travel to manage frizz quickly without diminishing the style. As part of the Redken Frizz Dismiss Collection, the FPF 10 Fly-Away Fix Finishing Sheets feature the first-ever professional scale that assists in choosing the correct Frizz Protection Factor (FPF) needed based on your hair type and humidity level.

According to Redken packaging, “Frizz Dismiss FPF 10 Fly-Away Fix finishing sheets for all hair types dismiss static and eliminate fly-aways.” Used with the entire collection, consumers will notice up to 82 percent less frizz after one use of Sulfate-Free shampoo, conditioner and FPF 30 Instant Deflate following 24 hours.

We are back to business this week, so tune in to Monday’s Hair Police column, which will explain why the blow dry bar is on its way out. And of course, next Friday will be on schedule with a new favorite beauty product, similar to this week’s Frizz Dismiss. Until then, happy styling!
