Never Settle for Less Than Your Worth
What are you worth? In your hunt for employment do you hold out for the best salary, or take the first offer? Do you stay in a toxic work environment because you receive a paycheck? What is more valuable to you; money, family memories, or mental health?
Going a bit off-topic today, I am sharing my career dilemma as I search for the best job offer, and why it is necessary to decline anything less than your value. Today’s objective is to inspire readers with a few tips I employ that keep my motivation at its peak. My goal is to provide insight into my journey from toxic instability to positive permanence to encourage those in similar circumstances. Thanks to the love and support of my family, I will never settle for less than my worth!
