What are you worth? In your hunt for employment do you hold out for the best salary, or take the first offer? Do you stay in a toxic work environment because you receive a paycheck? What is more valuable to you; money, family memories, or mental health?

Going a bit off-topic today, I am sharing my career dilemma as I search for the best job offer, and why it is necessary to decline anything less than your value. Today’s objective is to inspire readers with a few tips I employ that keep my motivation at its peak. My goal is to provide insight into my journey from toxic instability to positive permanence to encourage those in similar circumstances.
