I Do Hair! Ask the Pro Stylist Speaks Out: Pictures

“I do hair!” I also write, teach organize, coordinate and mom. Because I am often asked questions about my career via email, every once in a while I must clarify my job titles.

Whoop, whoop, it’s Hump Day gorgeous, and time for another weekly Q&A with Ask the Pro Stylist. So, I do hair, among other things. Amanda wrote in with a question about her wedding, most likely after seeing one of my online posts.

Hello! Firstly, I would like to know your location and if you are a fingernail tech? If yes, I am having a wedding ceremony event on the 20th of August. Will you be available on that date?  I would like to here from you soon…thanks.

I answered Amanda back immediately informing her I do hair. She did ask if I was available that day as well, but sadly I will be away on vacation.

This is a popular question I receive often. Since my articles vary among the beauty world, many readers are unaware that I do hair. Contrarily, others have thought I have stolen work.

Until recently, I wrote for a few different media outlets. Currently, I maintain this beauty blog Ask the Pro Stylist. Yes, I do hair. I have my own clients and sometimes forget to post pictures. However, today I am adding a few so my readers can see that I do in fact do hair.

Many PR firms promoting professional brands and celebrity stylists or nail techs and celebrity beauty blogs forward information to me. I post as I see relevant, always crediting the stylist and brand, never taking credit for myself.
