The hairstyles of the 2014 Grammys are tame to say the least, especially when the divas of music so often pull out all of the sometimes-questionable stops. However, the celebrity hairstyles of Katy Perry, Cyndi Lauper, Beyoncé, Anna Faris and Madonna were sexy and trendy for the 56th Annual Grammy Awards, but Mo, get rid of that grill girl!
LL Cool J hosted the Grammys, and yes, the consensus is, Ladies really Love Cool James, however we are also checking out the celebrity hairstyles of the Grammy Awards and the sexy-hot award goes to Beyoncé who opened the CBS telecast.
Beyoncé’s short, curly and wet bob looked like she just emerged from a hot, steamy sex romp with hubby Jay-Z, which I am sure was the intention as the Grammy power couple performed “Drunk in Love”.

Anna Faris’ golden blonde locks were a shimmering success. Her hair was healthy with an intense, sleek gloss. The “Mom” actress looked ageless as she donned a straight bang with a fine wisp, and the celebrity hairstyle is perfect for any occasion, including the Grammys.

Katy Perry walked the Grammys’ red carpet with a high up-do, which took the topknot to extreme heights. Her woven bun accented her doe eyes, and the hairstyle was the perfect fit to help her backstage hairstylists prep Perry to sing “Dark Horse”, where her black waves flowed.

Ask the Pro Stylist has to give props to my two teenage idols, Cyndi Lauper and Madonna. They were my teen obsessions and I still love them. I am proud to brag that my son attends the same high school as Madonna’s daughter, but her grill horrifies me. Madge’s wavy side part, Culture Club hat and sole sparkly glove were a reminiscent mixture of my teen years, a shout out to MJ, combined with a touch of Madonna’s sexy ‘90s “Vogue” era. However, the grinning gold grill just kills her beauty. Let it go “Material Girl”, let it go!

Cyndi Lauper is still as adorable as ever, even at 60-years-young, Lauper can rock any hairstyle and hair color. The flaming red up-do/mohawak she sported at the Grammys is on fire! Yes, “Girls (of any age) Just Want to Have Fun”.
