Best Liquid Eyeliner: Beauty Review
My idea of the best liquid eyeliner might not be the same as yours, but this Friday’s favorite is highly recommended for cat-like eyes. See what makes this liquid eyeliner a step above the rest in the following beauty review.
TGIF gorgeous, and welcome to Ask the Pro Stylist’s favorite beauty product of the week. This Friday I tout the benefits of what I consider the best liquid eyeliner available, at an affordable price.
A wannabe makeup artist suggested I use gel eyeliner for my aging lids. When I asked what brand, she recommended any pharmacy brand…um, NO! I do love gel, but would prefer a felt tip for quick and easy application. I have to wear makeup everyday for work, and as time is of the essence, I need something simple, yet longwearing.
I turned to a few younger women, amazing budding makeup artists, for advice. These future professionals are just waiting to make waves in the beauty world and live at Sephora on a daily basis. I have no doubt they will become unbelievable successes. When I explained what I was looking for the answer was unanimous, and they all suggested I try Kat Von D Tattoo Liner.
The best liquid eyeliner has a felt tip brush for effortless, yet precision application. The brush will not fray, especially if you follow the guidelines that suggest wiping the brush tip with a damp tissue before application, which will also prevent powder build-up and drying out of product.
Whether you prefer a superfine line or a thick cat eye, the high-pigment, waterproof liner will endure a long day of work, not fade, melt, crack or smudge. I highly recommend Kat Von D Tattoo Liner, and to make the purchase that much sweeter, it is completely free of animal-derived ingredients and is not tested on animals.
Visit next Friday for another of Ask the Pro Stylist’s favorite beauty product of the week, similar to today’s beauty review of the best liquid eyeliner. Until then, happy styling!
